You may only upload a photo of yourself. Uploading a photo of someone else without their knowledge and consent is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do this.
Credits are used to unlock or edit generated photos and don't expire. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable once a credit has been spent. The Premium subscription renews monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your dashboard, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Don't use the service to harass, impersonate, or deceive anyone; don't attempt to generate content depicting real people other than yourself; don't abuse the free trial with multiple accounts, bots, or automated tooling; don't attempt to circumvent payment.
We may update pricing, features, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
